Watching a friends kids today.having a good time, perfect rainy day to watch kids. Lol they loved my cake pops and the mini cupcakes I made are popular. Haha kids love all sweets!

I ended all the eBay, bakery items. Baking was taking over. my kids are home for the school break I should be doing fun things with them not making fudge everyday. I feel awful, looking back I am successfully with the business, but my kids are way more important than candy. I've got rid of the eBay food items but keeping the regular clothes, toys etc that I always pit on there. I haven't decided on the main site yet. I may keep it up a little while longer. It's fun baking for strangers but its like being on call-like a Dr. I don't have normal business hours and not able to manage my time correctly. I am going to keep my baking strictly home desserts for now. I would much rather give my extras away than wait for someone to purchase them. I made more cake pops today and they were so cute. I'll be giving them away at church tomorrow, can't wait.

Opposite day.

I made caramel fudge the other day and then honey fudge last night. The caramel looks tastes like honey and honey looks taste like caramel. Interesting, now I know its opposite day. Lol.

Excited about publishing this site, finally. I started selling candies, and treats on eBay and decided to expand by having two sites active ways for everyone to enjoy my delicious treats.

 People have asked me if I just started making fudge and so forth. I just wanted to post that I have been selling since 2006. just a quick background about me... This is a home based bakery, and baking is something I love to do. I have been selling on ebay for years and enjoy doing that as well. making people happy with things that I can produce makes me glad to know I can do the little things to make people smile. any questions feel free to email or contact me. Swimming lessons

Everyday this week I get to sit in a 90 degree room and watch kids have fun swimming. Me and joey just get to watch :(

10 pounds of stress

i have the two most precious kids on the planet, but today like all days when i really need to get some work done i felt like today was "who can be the most annoying kid on the planet day?" and both my kids were tied. i don't even get mad it's just so strange how they don't even know how badly i need to do stuff and it's like they have a radar for interrupting me. I will stop at any moments notice to help or talk to them but come on every five seconds.... is it really that important. I just know that i can't be over reacting.
Basically today i got nothing done. Needless to say i will have to finish today's work and add on the stuff i need to make for tomorrow too on the list.
I love my kids. lol

the start of something new

starting something new. i love to do two things, i've always had a nack for taking advantage of eBay... selling things that my family didn't use anymore and also i LOVE to bake. One day i woke up with this idea to combine the two. why not just sale what i love to do? so i tested it out, i listed food instead of clothing on ebay and people were more than excited to bid away on my homemade items. so i decided to get a little more creative and create my own site to have with my candies on instead of just one place to post listings. one thing constantly grew into another. i went from just ebay, to my own site, to twitter, and facebook company page to trying to get them all linked together. There is a blog part on the main site but i'm not too crazy on how it is set up. sometimes i just want to blurt my thoughts on the screen not drag and drop and design the page before any actual typing gets done. lol
